She debuted on the international stage at the 2019 Global Games, taking home five medals, two of which were gold. At only 20 years old, she was also a part of the teams that hold the current Virtus world records in the 4 x 50m relay and the 4 x 200m relay.

Bio: A competitive para-swimmer, Janina Falk recently placed second in the 100m Butterfly at the European Para Swimming Championships (2021).
