We are delighted to announce that Astana-Kazakhstan will host the 2025 Virtus World Basketball Championships, featuring top-level competition for II1, II2 and II3 athletes. The event will be organized by the Kazakhstan Sports Federation for People with Intellectual Impairment- IDSport.
Virtus is the brand name of the International Sports Federation for athletes with intellectual impairment and is a founding member of the International Paralympic Committee. Registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in the UK (1173901)
