Virtus would like to inform all members and stakeholders that the second edition of the Virtus Asia-Oceania Games, originally scheduled to take place in Bangkok, Thailand from November 20 to November 30, 2026, has been rescheduled.

The Games will now be held from 24 February to 3 March 2027 in Bangkok.

Hosted by the Sports Association for Intellectual Disability of Thailand, the event will bring together top athletes with intellectual impairments from across Asia and Oceania, celebrating excellence, sportsmanship and unity.

The Games will be supported by the Sports Authority of Thailand, the National Paralympic Committee of Thailand, national sports federations and other key partners.

This prestigious event will provide high-level competition opportunities for athletes in classes II1, II2 and II3, across a range of sports including: Athletics, Badminton, Indoor Rowing, Swimming, Table Tennis and Taekwondo

Virtus looks forward to welcoming athletes, teams and officials to Bangkok in 2027 for an exciting and inclusive celebration of sport.
