Virtus is delighted to sanction the Australian Open Intellectual Disability Tennis Slam 2027 to be held in Melbourne. The competition is hosted by Tennis Australia in collaboration with Sport Inclusion Australia.
The Australian Open Intellectual Disability Tennis Slam is the only tournament for players with intellectual disability held at a Grand Slam in the world. The top players from all over the world will come to compete on the same courts as the professional players during the final 3 days of AO27.
Athletes from the II1 category can compete in this event across Men’s Singles & Doubles and Women’s Singles & Doubles.
